Tri-Cities Award Winning Realtor: Kay Lehmann

Kay Lehmann is an award-winning realtor in the Tri-Cities area. She began selling real estate in 2014, and was named a Rising Star in August 2017 by Real Producers Magazine. Kay is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), a 5-star Zillow Agent, a top-300 agent in the Tri-Cities area, and is a designated Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) by the NAR.

Community Involvement is important to Kay

Kay looks forward to working with her real estate clients, which include home sellers, home buyers and home builders in the Tri-Cities area. Kay is a Washington native, and volunteers her time in support of the Tri-Cities area. She serves as a regional council member for the Alzhemier’s Association and is a local committee member of the Walk To End Alzheimer’s. She is also a member of the steering committee for Pasco Schools’ Enterprise Week.

Senior Real Estate Specialist

Working with seniors to meet their real estate needs is one of Kay’s special passions. She was inspired to return to real estate following the death of her father, who suffered from Alzheimer’s Disease. Prior to working in real estate, Kay earned a doctorate in Education and spent 17 years preparing teachers to deliver instruction online. She was also an award-winning teacher at Garrison Middle School in Walla Walla, WA. In 1999, she was named a Milken National Educator, and also won the state’s Christa McAuliffe award.
